This shed was created in 2004 to help our customers meet strict HOA restrictions. This sheds will easily pass HOA approval in many neighborhoods. It comes standard with 8ft sidewalls, 50 year LP Smart Trim, 6/12 roof pitch, 1ft overhangs all the way around, 30 year dimensional shingles, set of fiberglass doors, ridge vent, one window, and one level of concrete leveling blocks. This shed can be built with Hardiplank siding, Vinyl siding or SmartSide panel siding. We use Tyvek house wrap before applying siding. Customize this shed with a ramp, extra windows, cupola, shelves, loft, etc. Available in sizes 8 x 8 up to 16 x 24.
